Who knew going green could be so cleverly disguised as critter control?

Attic Restoration And Clean Out Service

Most people don’t go into their attic very often — why would you? Unfortunately, pests like mice, birds, racoons, bats and squirrels do. If you’ve had any of these pests in your attic, chances are they have caused a lot of damage. Wild animals and attics do not combine well. Wild animals leave behind fecal matter, urine, burrowing or damaged insulation. If this damage is left unaddressed, your attic can become a dangerous breeding ground for various wildlife diseases that can affect the health and the welfare of every member of your home. Nolan Wildlife Services will not only eradicate the pest, but we can also take care of your Attic Restoration!

What Is The Process Of Attic Restoration?

  1. Step one- Call Nolan Wildlife Services for a free home inspection.

  3. Step three- After all wildlife is removed, and exclusion work completed, the next step to attic restoration is the removal of all biohazardous waste. We remove all soiled insulation, feces, urine, and matted insulation.
  4. Step four- Clean Up- After all insulation is removed, we will vacuum all feces, nesting materials, dead animals, and other waste left behind from vermin. After the clean out, we will disinfect the attic through fumigation with viral oxide.
  5. Step five- Treat attic for any parasites (fleas, tick, mites) that wildlife may have brought in.
  6. Step six- Deodorize attic to remove pheromones and smell, before new insulation is blown in.
  7. Step seven- Re-installing the insulation back to its original R rating or better. Having quality insulation will save you an unbelievable amount of money on your energy bills. Nolan Wildlife Services installs treated pest control insulation that reduces your energy cost up to 40%. Treated with boric acid, pest control insulation kills bugs on contact, and repels rodents and vermin from wanting to nest.
